Candace Owens ha recibido una carta de cese y desistimiento de la organización Turning Point USA (TPUSA ) exigiendo que “cese sus comentarios despectivos” sobre la organización, lo que incluye sugerir que algunos de sus empleados podrían haber participado en el asesinato de Charlie Kirk, durante episodios de su influyente podcast que ha acumulado millones de seguidores en todo el mundo.

Tras el asesinato de Kirk el 10 de septiembre de 2025, durante un evento de TPUSA en la Universidad del Valle de Utah, en Orem, Utah, Owens ha dedicado muchos de los episodios de su podcast a discutir teorías sobre las circunstancias que rodearon su muerte.
